Detroit Public Schools 21st Century All-Stars Youth Advisory Council Swearing-In Ceremony

The special guest is Judge Craig Strong of the 3rd District Circuit Court. This event is sponsored by Communities In Schools of Detroit (CIS), Childrens Aid Society, The Children Center and Youth Development Commission.

Twenty five Detroit Public Schools Youth Advisory Council members will serve as advisors in creating high-quality afterschool programs for students to not only have fun and enjoy themselves, but to learn and increase academic skills.

This year's exciting event will be the first District Wide Afterschool Youth Advisory Committee swearing-in ceremony.
