The MFRD Program is a collaboration between Children’s Aid Society, Eastern District, Western District, Northeastern District, Central District and Gang Enforcement.
It is a family-focused juvenile diversion program for first offenders or those who have had contact with the Juvenile Justice System.
The program is family-focused and provides case management, behavioral alternatives, and guidance to families and their pre-delinquent youths ages 12-17.
